Reservations & Rates:

Please note that rates and availability are subject to change. All rates are per night, double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation. Rooms cannot accommodate more than two guests. Rates vary by season and day. Mid-week rates are available. A daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened or extended, the average daily rate may change. Reservations must be secured by advance payment of at least one night’s room rate and tax.

 

Cancellation:

Advanced payments, less a $25 Processing Fee, are refundable if a single reservation is cancelled at least five (5) days prior to arrival. If a single reservation is changed or cancelled within five (5) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable. In addition, guests remain responsible for the balance of the total reservation costs for the entire scheduled stay. Advanced payments are applied to the last night of the scheduled stay.

 

For reservations more than seven (7) nights, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50 Processing Fee is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If the reservations is changed or cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.

 

For groups reserving three rooms or more, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50 per room Processing Fee is refundable if any or all reservations are cancelled at least ten (30) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within ten (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.

 

Additional Policies:

      Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements.

 

       All rooms are non-smoking.

 

       Cash and major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover)                 accepted.
